These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and joi9 ("joi9", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at joi9.io.

joi9 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the period specified by joi9 may result in account restriction or closure, and any pending withdrawals may be withheld pending verification.

To access the full features of the joi9 platform, you must complete the account registration process. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, a valid email address or mobile number, and your preferred payment method.

You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is truthful and accurate. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure without notice.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, joi9 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit any balances derived from bonus funds and withhold withdrawals pending investigation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your username, password and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your joi9 account. You must not share your login details with any third party. joi9 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

All financial transactions on the joi9 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). joi9 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through approved payment channels, which currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and Sonali Bank. The list of accepted payment methods is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your joi9 BDT wallet promptly upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing conditions are displayed within the platform's cashier section. joi9 does not charge fees on standard deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment channel used for the player's most recent qualifying deposit, subject to verification. Before any withdrawal is approved, joi9 requires satisfactory completion of the identity verification process, including proof of identity and, where applicable, proof of address and source of funds. joi9 reserves the right to request additional documentation at its sole discretion.

Wagering Requirements: Funds derived from bonus credits are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Real money deposits that have not been subjected to any bonus claim are withdrawable at any time, subject to identity verification and any applicable minimum withdrawal threshold.

joi9 reserves the right to delay, suspend or decline a withdrawal request if it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

The specific terms applicable to each offer — including bonus amounts, eligible games, wagering requirements, minimum odds, time limits and maximum withdrawal caps — are published alongside each individual promotion on the joi9 website.

The following general conditions apply to all joi9 bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. One bonus per player, per promotion, unless the promotion expressly permits otherwise.
• Bonuses credited in error must be reported to support and may be reclaimed by joi9 at any time.

All bets placed on the joi9 platform are subject to the betting rules applicable to the relevant sport or game category. These rules are published within each betting market and game interface. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable rules for that market or game.

General betting conditions applicable across all joi9 sports markets include:

• Bets are only valid once confirmed by the joi9 system and a bet reference number has been issued. A bet slip shown on your screen does not constitute confirmation until the reference number is generated.
• In the event of a technical error that results in incorrect odds being displayed, joi9 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes, or to settle bets at the correct odds at its sole discretion.
• For cricket markets, match abandonment, reduced-over games (including DLS method results) and no-result outcomes are settled in accordance with the specific cricket betting rules published on the platform.
• Live (in-play) betting odds are updated in real time. joi9 is not responsible for any delay between on-field events and odds updates that may occur due to data feed latency.
• Maximum bet limits apply to all markets and vary by sport, event and market type. joi9 reserves the right to limit the maximum bet amount for any individual player or market without explanation.

For casino games and slots, the rules of each game are embedded within the game interface provided by the relevant game supplier (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe and Ezugi). joi9 is not responsible for any malfunction of a game title caused by the game supplier's system. In such cases, the game supplier's own malfunction policy will apply.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the joi9 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and permanent ban from the platform:

• Providing false identity information or impersonating another individual during registration or verification.

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any betting market or casino game.

• Accessing or attempting to access the accounts of other players.

• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive language or threatening behaviour towards joi9 staff or other users.

All content on the joi9 platform — including but not limited to the joi9 brand name and logo, website design, user interface elements, graphics, text, promotional materials, game imagery and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of joi9 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the joi9 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish or commercially exploit any content from the joi9 platform without prior written authorisation.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any software or technology underlying the joi9 platform.
• Remove, alter or obscure any copyright, trademark or proprietary notice contained within the platform.
• Use the joi9 brand name, logo or any associated trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without express written consent.

Any unauthorised use of joi9 intellectual property will constitute a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action.

In summary, joi9 collects personal data for the purposes of account registration, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, customer support and, where you have consented, direct marketing communications. joi9 does not sell personal data to third parties. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, joi9 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, loss of opportunity or any other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the joi9 platform.

joi9 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. joi9 expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

In all cases, joi9's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

joi9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or any other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the period specified by joi9.
• Receipt of a valid legal order from a competent authority requiring account restriction or closure.
• A player's request for self-exclusion under the joi9 responsible gaming programme.
• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant, and administrative fees may apply in accordance with the dormant account policy.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance — including real money funds — may be withheld pending investigation. Where closure is initiated at the player's own request and no breach has occurred, the remaining real money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their verified payment method.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to attempt resolution through a mutually agreed mediation process before initiating any formal legal proceedings. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent immediate harm.

These Terms shall be interpreted in the English language. Any translation of these Terms is provided for convenience only; in the event of any inconsistency, the English version shall prevail.
